HBS’yi TAKLİT EDEN DURUMLAR

Antipsikotiğe bağlı akatizi (ABA): HBS’yi taklit eden psikiyatrik durumlardan birisidir ve ayırıcı tanısının yapılması önemlidir.

Anksiyete: Bacaklardaki hareket istemlidir ve tabloya psişik belirtiler eşlik eder.

Kısacağı HBS ile psikiyatrik durumlar arasındaki ilişkiyi toplam 3 madde ile özetleyebiliriz:

  1. HBS’yi tetikleyen ya da neden olan sebepler; Antidepresanlar, antipsikotikler, depresyon
  2. HBS ile birlikte sık görülen durumlar; Duyusal ve motor belirtileri üst üste biner
  3. HBS’yi taklit eden durumlar

Tedavi

HBS’nin hafif formlarında, yaşam şekli değişiklikleri yeterli olabilmektedir. Uyku hijenine dikkat etmek, kafein ve alkolden uzak durmak önerilmektedir. Yatmadan önce sıcak bir banyo, masaj, hafif bir egzersiz ve kas germe egzersizleri faydalı olabilmektedir. Ancak ağır HBS formlarında dopamin agonistleri kullanılmalıdır (Becker ve Sharon, 2014).
